FDA 회사 등록 서류 (태국 현지회사)

- power of attorney 2 copies

- CEO's passport 2 copies

- house registration document (Headquarter) 2 copies

- house registration document (import place, storage place) 2 copies

- the newest DBD (2 copies)

*** All of the documents (every page) have to sign and stamp with the company seal***

- Consent letter for information disclosure 4 copies ( CEO signs and stamps  the company seal for 2 copies, and the others stamps the company seal only)

Identity Verification Documents

- CEO's passport 1 copy

- house registration (Headquarter) 1 copy (CEO and land owner sign and stamp the company seal)

- the newest DBD 1 copy

Place Verification Document

- Letter of consent to use the place 1 copy

- title deed 땅문서 1copy

- land purchase contract (If you rent a building, we need a rental contract instead) 1 copy

- land owner ID Card 1 copy (in the paper, landowner have to write "ข้าพเจ้ายินยอมให้บริษัท ....... จำกัด เป็นสถานที่ตั้งสำนักงานใหญ่ได้". moreover, landowner and CEO have to sign and stamp the company seal)
